Open Aperture (OA) is a group for all photographers wishing to delve deeper into that particular way of seeing that comes with open (or at least a relatively large) aperture.

Open Aperture aims to focus on discussion.
We are interested in things like:

  • why you put the focus where you did
  • what your thoughts were when you took the photo
  • anything you discovered about the depth of field (DOF) after you had taken the photo
