Old tuna canning plant.
The canning industry in the Algarve died with the absence of fish. From the 1950s onwards there was a downward trend in catches, and by 1971 the tuna fisheries had all closed and so did the canning factories.

The view through the walls is fantastic and mysterious. Also the 3. PiP: A wonderful contrast between the walls of the destroyed window and the wood in the background - a perfect composition!

This is VRSA, 4 km from my place Klaus. But I started publishing the North Portugal, I am still showing here my stop halfway. You know were you can see what is not yet public here!
