My first contact in Herat
|

The Hazara boy saved my life in symbolic meaning. After arriving Herat in the evening and beeing crocky from the trip I forgot my photo bag containing all my documents like passport, flight ticket ect. in a restaurant and the boy run after me to bring me back my bag. I gave him one of the first electronic calculators as a gift that I had to to accept his invitation to his family who slaughtered a sheep for me.

After a 120 km trip on an open bed of a lorry from the Iranian/Afghan border Islam Qalar I reached Herat in the afternoon
