Valentine 100,000+ numbered series

Valentine & Sons, no. 107,125, posted at Saint John, New Brunswick on Dec. 7, 1911. The back is badly water damaged but part of the message is in Morse code.. There is an Oakfield, N.S. split-ring receiver also dated Dec. 7.

Valentine & Sons, no. 101,771 posted Sept. 29, 191- at Truro, Nova Scotia to Barbra McInnis, St. George's Channel, West Bay, C.B. [Cape Breton]: "Had a nice trip up, enjoyed our lunch very much. Aunt Maud."

Valentine & Sons, no. 100,932, posted Sept. 25, 1909 at Saint John to Mrs. W. J. Leonard, Armidale [?], Queens Co., N.B.: "Dear friend, I got your plate fixed. Sent it to you yesterday. Hope you will receive it alright. I am better, but so lonely. Lettie K. is heart broken. You know how to feel for her. I will be glad to see you . Love for all, friend C. Magee."

Valentine & Sons no. 105,831. I probably already have this somewhere but noted the Consolidated Stationery Co. sign on the side of the Telegram Building, plus the demolition of the building next to it, to allow for the extension of the building on the left, which is now much longer and taller, I believe.

#112,400 of the Valentine & Sons United Publishing Co. Ltd., Winnipeg, Manitoba with a "Printed in Great Britain" notation and a stamp box reading "Valentine's Series 23-1". This is an unusual Valentine back for Canada.

Valentine Edy card no. 113,056, likely c. 1920 or later. A rare view in the Valentine style showing the Paris Building (a latecomer to Portage Avenue) as well as the Marlborough Hotel under that name.
