It is difficult to identify where on Kennedy this is.

Well, the thing is that they -- sender and recipient -- are connected to the maker of the cards (Louis J. De Nobele). The sender and De Nobele and others in their extended family emigrated from Belgium, went into the postcard business (as a sideline) and sent a lot of the cards back to Belgium. Many of them are now in my collection and in the collections of other collectors.
