For 32 days starting on 1st Aug 2012 I followed the lines of the compass ( as near as practical ) to find a photo and hopefully a story on the way.

Very interesting Colin..............and a fascinating project. I've never heard of Blipfoto before and have been having a look around, after followng your link. It seems that it has been having similar troubles to IP - and had a similar resolution.

Yes its also owned an run by its users - a really succesful Scottish (BAFTA winning) start up by a man called Joe Tree who eventually sold on to Venture capitalists who linked up with Polaroid but they didn't seem to know what to do with their purchase and let it go and ignored it - Saved by the users!
