Hier wird alles in die Höhe gebaut. Die größten Gebäude stehen vorn am Meer. Von den hinteren Gebäuden hat man trotz Hochbauweise keinen Blick mehr aufs Meer. Einige Gebäude sind Hotels, aber die Mehrzahl sind Wohngebäude für die Einheimischen.
