I'll be careful to stay outdoors if I find myself in Geyserville during an earthquake, Sarah. Maybe I'll watch from the bench. :-) HBM and have a good week.

As for the notice, well the same level as writing on a packet of peanuts "Warning may contain nuts", or a piece of fish "Warning - may contain bones"!
My house, and everybody else's are all 'Unreinforced masonry buildings"
