Fence with a prayer
Happy Last Fence Friday! (For me, anyway.) I'll be observing for a little while longer but probably not posting anymore. Since most of you seem to be on your way back to Flickr and as I never got around to completely closing my account over there, I may yet continue to see and *** your fine work, but not planning on being very active and posting myself. Between my stressful job and another writing project, photography will have to take a backseat, at least for the foreseeable future. Be well, everyone, and keep capturing those wonderful images.

I don't think I will stop taking photos -- it's the posting, sharing, viewing and commenting that can is both enjoyable and a little overwhelming. I may become a "once a month" poster ...

Yes, I have opened an account over there- trying to get used to the site. Mainly to keep in touch with others because 3 meetings are planned next year.

I've asked this before, and I'm a bit surprised no one seems to be willing to check it out: has anyone looked at www.fotocommunity.com? I never participated in the site, but I used to look at it a lot, and it has been around for years and seems stable and geared towards serious photographers. It's somewhat European-focused, but so is ipernity ...
