Thank you Annalia! It was an unsanitary dwelling, partially untenantable, far from energy efficient and the restoration would have exceeded the cost of demolition and building it new. It was a building with one commercial premise and six rather large apartments. The new one will have 22 modern and smaller apartments.

Danke, gleichfalls verspäteten HFF. Garten wäre schön, aber das wird wohl nichts. Damit kann man ja kein Geld verdienen und Wohnraum ist auch knapp.
