Winter Morning Light, "Ponts Couverts", Strasbourg, Alsace, France - 2017-02-19_833
Sunday morning walk with my new little Panasonic TZ100.
Fortifications under them a fortificated bridge to defend the access to Strasbourg by the river. Vauban built it.
"Pont Couverts" : also the name of the quarter.
In the coverted passage trought the bridge, one can see a lot of sandstone statues coming from around and probably a frew of them from the cathedral.
