Wien / Vienna, Bitzinger
Bitzinger's sausage stand in front of the Albertina and behind the State Opera is one of my favourite sausage stands in Vienna. Probably because there is a second Bitzinger sausage stand near the Giant Ferris Wheel in the Viennese Prater, a copy of Albrecht Duerer's famous rabbit was placed on the roof of the one near the Albertina as a clear distinguishing feature, especially since Duerer's original is in the Albertina's painting collection right next door.
