Lumley Castle

We recently returned from a trip to this lovely and large castle, situated in County Durham, England. My husband loves to stay in castles which are supposedly haunted, and I'm happy to go along for the ride.
It's a very popular place to stay and on the day we left, there were two weddings to be held there, even this time of year, and the day before we left, there was also a wedding on.
Whilst we were there the weather was pretty much OK, but on the day we left, it dissolved into rain, so I only hope it dried up for those people getting married. Wedding photos outside a place like this just shouldn't be missed.
