Great Blue Heron
Carrying a twig for its nest in a rookery in James D. Martin Wildlife Park, a Gadsden city park which is a wetland that is part of the Coosa River watershed. It is backwater of Neely Henry Lake formed by Alabama Power's impoundment of the river with Neely Henry Dam. (IMG_0963)
