SINAI : questa è la strada che porta al monastero - a piedi o in taxi dromedario !
(1833) - sullo sfondo il centro di accoglienza Santa Caterina con hotels e bungalows per coloro che si fermano qualche giorno per fare l'escursione al monte Sinai (oltre 4000 gradini formati da lastre di granito appoggiate al ripido terreno) per vedere l'alba da 2650 mt. - più in alto esiste un aeroporto dato che da il Cairo sono 3 ore di volo.
