MUCH nicer than the Copperhead last night !!

He brought his own umbrella (Thanks Janet ! Your wonderful frog reminded me I had this !)

I saw movement and there he was. I had to zoom in best I could and hold the camera above my head ! These "stumps" are about 14 feet high and the bark is separating from the trunk.... its a perfect stalking ground for prey for him.

The little lad was around 2 inches long and about to leap into the Lantana and he did ! One shot... wish there had been more !

He was approximately 1'' long ! How's that for camouflage !!! It was a one shot wonder... well to be honest... a chase and 4 shots... 3 of them were blurred stones !! Pam 1---- Froglet 3 !!!

Rain today and temps in the mid 50sF so... not cold... and much to my delight... a Froggie Night ! This Boy ... my little one who hides in the Lantana. He looked cold and weary yesterday... so it was good to see him "bug watching" tonight !
