Fancy Goods Store 3
The Shakers conducted their business affairs and met with the outside world in the Trustees' Office & Store. This lino in the Fancy Goods Store is exactly the same stuff that was in my great grandmother's house in Michigan.

I think I started sneezing in memory of the dust and closed-up smell in my great grandmother's house. She was long dead before I was born, and the house was only used in the summertime. But the sight of the lino did bring back a few fond memories.
