One may blame climate changes but not where I live.
Actually it's because of people around covering their properties with concrete and demolishing/cutting off all old drains and flood ditches while building their shiny and modern new houses.
I remember how it was here before they started to do that. Big rain was never a problem.
Yesterday rain was just mediocre and shouldn't be a problem.
It is a sunny day today but water is still coming to me from around and my garden is a swamp while neighboring yards are already dry.

It's the same problem everywhere, the concreting is often the cause of flooding.
There is still the solution of growing rice ;o)))
