It is one of the last nooks of Zamość awaiting renovation.
Interestingly it is squeezed between the synagogue of Zamość and Hotel Senator - both dwellings alive and well maintained.

Makes me think of the headquarters of the Order of the Phoenix in Harry Potter, Marta, an old magical building squeezed between other buildings on each side and known only to those that have a connection to it ... :)
