Dying..............

Love acers when they become red... but here impossible to maintain, I tried a bonsaï but even with TLC no way, I gave it to a friend living in north Portugal and there it is doing fine !

Me too.........but this year they've also been unusually tatty as well. It's in a fair bit of shade where it is. and I might try moving it before it gets too big.

Such a shame they don't grow where you live.

But I can have desert roses and cactus outside all year round… we can’t have all, can we?

Unfortunately not..........but it's always worth trying!
