Making raw files b&w

Here's another conversion from a Fujifilm Raw file (.raf) to b&w. I
used a filter that reduced as much as possible the flashes of light
that were streaking across the sky from the sun, but there's still one
near the top right. I like the way some of the colours/tones have
gone (as a result of that filtration) to a kind of mock-IR look.

Our average age in this group is about 64 and the oldest among us is
71. The spry fellow right at the front is the youngest. The nine of
us (and a dog) had gone to the top of a hill (only about 300 feet / 100 m
elevation, I would guess) and were picking our way down.
