I am Eelco's Bright Wall
Across the Emma Nichols Garden from the Lofts of Jackson murals is this large painting by Eelco van den Berg, of Rotterdam (and apparently New York). If you follow that link you should click on the biography tab; it's excellent.
I Am Eelco seems to be a busy muralist. This is his second mural for Bright Walls. And his Facebook page shows he's worked on two more murals in the month since the 2019 Bright Walls festival--he reports weather problems with both.
My wide-angle photo really doesn't do the mural justice, so I'll be posting a detail pic tomorrow.
The photo does give a sense of Emma's garden, which had clearly been recently reworked. I'm sure it will look better after things mature a bit. But those trees....
