One Red, Many Reds
The colors, the tin roof, the not-quite-true doors, the flags on the fence, the horses in the yard: I've been admiring this barn for some time, but hadn't found an opportunity to snap a photo until this morning.
Opportunity. Basically I always carry a camera, and I pass this place about half the times I get out on the bicycle. But it's about six miles out--roughly where I'm finally shaking the cobwebs free--and the best photo angles are usually behind me. Besides, I'm out for the ride; the photo ops are incidental to the main purpose.
Today I reversed one of my usual routes, and made a point to have the camera in hand when I arrived at this farm. Fortunately, the light was with me.
