A Box of Dialects

A Box of Dialects
Chronicle Of Vital Individual Distancing, day 44.
A box of delights, traditional baked treats from Yorkshire, England. The phrases on the box are some of the Yorkshire dialect I heard as a child “when I were gettin’ black bright, laikin’ wi’ t’tors on t’ground in t’ginnel” – (“when I was getting dirty, playing marbles on the ground in the alleyway”).
