Corallorhiza wisteriana (Wister's Coralroot orchid)

Walter Ezell and I made the long trip to Turtletown, Tennessee where our target species was Corallorhiza wisteriana or Wister's Coralroot orchid. Thanks to a friend who lives in the area, we found a number of the plants in full bloom. We also found many other wonderful and unusual Spring wildflowers along the way.
