Baptist Church House
1901-03. Designed by Arthur Keen. Listed Grade II*.
The Baptist Union moved out of this building in 1989. It's on the English Heritage at Risk Register and it seems that planning permission has been given for restoration and conversion to a hotel - as if there aren't already enough of these in Southampton Row!
