Is it used for worship now?

Jacques has replied to albertsville
Yes it is a place of worship as the main church of Dol town but perhaps less than in the past when it was a true cathedral heading a diocese with a bishop's throne called 'cathedre'; it is attached now to the diocese of Rennes, capital of Brittany, as are also St Malo and Vannes ex-cathedrals.
