I have taken all my pics some meters above the ground to avoid the stands of rock music so the high base arches are not visible! We saw some courageous tourists climbing up to the vertiginous top of the spire! Germany Baden-Wurttemberg Lander Bavaria (Bayern) border Ulm Town Cathedral Munster.

Do You think so???? The climb was a tour sold at the cathedral and many in France are climbable also as Paris Strasbourg or Amiens for example or the fantastic roofs of Milan in Italy! I don't understand your remark there!

I never heard of such a thing and I did not realize it was a tour type event. Sorry if I offended you.

Of course I can't climb such monuments nowadays but it may be very interesting to understand the architecture and the construction, also to get a panoramic view on the towns! I experienced it two times in Milan with Pierre and with my mother, it was unforgettable! You did not offense me by the way! Thank You Carol!
