soooo tiny!
I'm constantly finding bits of glass, shards of ceramic dishes, old nails, and whatnot in the mule paddock. Today what I thought was a piece of glass turned out to be the smallest bottle I've ever seen.

On my to-do list was replacing the worn out water hydrant at the barn. Trying to hold a seven foot tall hydrant steady hanging upside down into a four and a half foot deep hole isn't exactly easy. Thank heavens for inborn Yankee ingenuity.

I had two contractors tell me I needed a backhoe to dig up the old hydrant and knowledgeable men to fit the pipes. Never tell a stubborn New England born woman they won't be able to accomplish a task without machinery and men. Did it myself with hand tools and determination.

This is rainwater from one storm in my garden cart - I've never seen it fill up like this before!
