Birds of a Feather

Another "exotic" bird sighting. This Hungarian Partridge is obviously an escapee from the local shooting preserve, as we don't have actual partridges in our area. The closest bird we have are Ruffed Grouse, which are commonly referred to as partridge by the locals.

I went down to the river to get some early morning foliage shots, and was treated to this spectacular sight.
