No. But even if I were, I'd be in favour of it and of higher taxes on private motoring generally, regardless of emissions. Some regard universal car ownership as a God-given right, regardless of its environmental consequences, not only to air quality. I do not.

This has nothing to do with air quality and everything to do with controlling the population.
The end of meat and cash will be next. Will you be happy owning nothing and eating bugs?

In the meantime anything that benefits the environment (the seizure of ever more land to raise cattle and grow crops to feed them is the primary cause of rainforest destruction and the methane emitted by cattle a major source of greenhouse gas) is as far as I am concerned good.
