Since it's snowing outside, I figured this was a good time for some more hot chocolate with lots of marshmallows. I have a great recipe that's easy and very chocolatey. Here it is:
Hot Chocolate Mix
Ingredients:
Nestle's Quik
Non Dairy Coffee Creamer
Powdered Milk
Powdered Sugar
All you do is use equal parts of all four ingredients and it makes a rich and chocolatey drink. Add hot water and as many marshmallows as you like and mix well. You can make one cup or a gallon, which is what I do so it lasts awhile. To make it the way I like it, I use about 1/3 of the total volume of whatever mug I'm using. Make it once and then adjust to your taste - more or less dry mixture depending on how you like it.
