My old 1957 Pontiac Chieftan. It sits about 2 miles from my home to this day in a salvage yard.

It's about time to go get it ... isn't it? :-) I think I read a story in Hemmings a while back where a fellow did that with his Oldsmobile. He sold it to a junk when the rear axle went out on a cross country trip. Stopped by the junk yard on a lark 20, or so years later and found it still there and bought it back!

Man, if I had the space and the money, I'd buy back a half dozen or more of my old vehicles that are still sitting at this same salvage yard. Especially the 1967 Cadillac Fleetwood Series 62 I used to have. They only made about 3,500 of them to begin with.
