The batch of beef jerky I'm making seems to be coming along nicely. Can't wait till it's finished and I can taste-test it!

so how was it?? I make it with moose a lot (well I used to make it a lot) but I prefer doing it with the oven propped open a bit for drying... not my dehydrator.

It was good. I added extra garlic because I love garlic, but it didn't overpower it at all. Next time, I'm going to try using venison.
