Gannets pairing up and preening

Gannets pairing up and preening
Bempton Cliffs in Yorkshire is the home of thousands and thousands of seabirds who return every year to breed. The cliffs are over a 100 metres high and every inch in May June and July can be covered in a variety of birds, predominately Gannets, Razorbills, Guillemots and Puffins etc.
the cliffs are monitored by the RSPB and their staff are very helpful in pointing out species you may have missed

Ecobird, Jeff Farley have particularly liked this photo
