It was dark today so I re-edited an old photo.

The mural is by Nunca (2009). I fear it may be covered up by a building going up on the parking lot, but don't really know if it will be or not.

Update, September 2018: The mural wasn't covered up; it was destroyed. The building it was on was torn down to make way for the new building.

Puchinpappy, Berny, Will S., Christina Sonnenschein and 4 other people have particularly liked this photo

Brilliantly done John. For me the focus is the person in the wheelchair and it's importance and dynamics......this has succeeded despite the figure being so small in the whole picture.I hope this makes sense!!!

Thanks, Cheryl. SHe of course just happened along, but as you can see I waited for her to get to the centre of the photo.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if the new building had a glass wall to incorporate the mural into its own design. With just enough room to allow a window washer, it would make a good lobby.

I'm keeping an eye on it, Bob. It seems a sensible thing to do.

I like the composition John. Lots of vertical and horizontal lines, a nice splash of colour and of course the figure in the wheelchair. There's a sort of symmetry to it all which I quite like.

Thanks, Keith. I think there's a symmetry of planes here if not of objects.

Lovely crystal clear light and lots of detail here, John. A pleasing mural. Let's hope it doesn't get covered up!
