1) The final statement of the fundraising for the reprogramming of ipernity is now available. 75 club members and 145 "free" users participated. The sum of the raised capital amounts to 17,114 EUR (57% of 30,000 EUR). Therefore the reprogramming cannot yet be commissioned as planned.

2) Before we consider external funding opportunities, we would like to address those club members who have not participated to date, although they would be economically able to do so. We are extending our loan programme which is a really attractive investment opportunity with a 4.5% interest rate, until the end of the year. Please support the project! The sooner we start reprogramming, the sooner we can take advantage of the benefits we are all eagerly awaiting.

3) In addition, we continue to allow existing free users (account created before Dec. 1, 2018) to subscribe to an option on the future Basic Subscription. The contribution is 23.90 EUR (other currencies accordingly) for 12 months. You will get full club access until the future subscription structure is implemented in ipernity. (For technical reasons, however, this can only be done as part of the reprogramming.)

4) This is also an official call to all "free" users who want to keep their (invisible) content beyond August 15, 2019 to make use of this option in a timely manner. For cost reasons, we will clean up the ipernity database after August 15, 2019. Until then, the number of visible contents for "free" users will be gradually reduced to the guest status.

Liebe Mitglieder und Freunde von ipernity!

1) Die Endabrechnung der Kapitalbeschaffung zur Neuprogrammierung von ipernity liegt nun vor. Teilgenommen haben 75 Club-Mitglieder und 145 “freie” Nutzer. Die Summe des eingesammelten Kapitals beträgt 17.114 EUR (57% von 30.000 EUR). Die Neuprogrammierung kann deshalb noch nicht wie geplant in Auftrag gegeben werden.

2) Bevor wir externe Möglichkeiten weiterer Kapitalbeschaffung prüfen, möchten wir uns noch an jene Club-Mitglieder wenden, die sich bisher nicht beteiligt haben, obwohl sie wirtschaftlich dazu in der Lage wären. Wir verlängern unser Anleiheprogramm, das mit 4,5% Verzinsung eine wirklich attraktive Geldanlagemöglichkeit ist, bis zum Jahresende. Bitte unterstützt das Projekt! Je eher wir mit der Neuprogrammierung beginnen, umso eher können wir die Vorteile nutzen, auf die wir alle sehnlichst warten.

3) Darüber hinaus ermöglichen wir den bisherigen freien Nutzern (Account vor dem 1. Dez. 2018 eröffnet) weiterhin, eine Option auf das zukünftige Basis-Abonnement zu zeichnen. Der Beitrag beläuft sich auf 23,90 EUR (andere Währungen entsprechend) für 12 Monate. Ihr bekommt dafür übergangsweise den vollen Club-Zugang, bis die zukünftige Abonnement-Struktur in ipernity implementiert ist. (Aus technischen Gründen kann dies jedoch erst im Rahmen der Neuprogrammierung erfolgen.)

4) Dies ist gleichzeitig ein offizieller Aufruf an alle “freien” Nutzer, die ihre (unsichtbaren) Inhalte über den 15. August 2019 hinaus behalten möchten, zeitnah von dieser Option Gebrauch zu machen. Aus Kostengründen werden wir die ipernity Datenbank nach dem 15. August 2019 nämlich von diesen Inhalten bereinigen. Bis dahin wird die Anzahl der sichtbaren Inhalte für “freie” Nutzer schrittweise auf den Gast-Status reduziert."
