Rolling stock at the depot of the Harz narrow gauge railways (Harzer Schmalspubahnen - HSB) in Wernigerode Westerntor.

Es geht hier auch um die Vorfreude auf unser IP-Treffen vom 3. 5. Marz 2017. Ein Besuch in den Werkstätten der HSB ist auch vorgesehen.

Sieht ein wenig angeschlagen aus, das Harzkamel. Vor 5 Jahren hatte ich die 861 vor der Linse. Bin gerade überrascht, daß das schon wieder 5 Jahre her ist. VG, Frank

Hallo Frank, gegen die Dampfloks sind diese umgespurten Dieselloks natürlich nur zweite Wahl - optisch wie technisch. Ja, und 5 Jahre vergehen schnell - 5 Monate aber auch und genauso lang ist es bis zu unserer Tour ;-)

Die dahinter wird wohl die 892 stehen. Laut Wikipedia ist die auch in Westerntor abgestellt (nicht betriebsfähig). Insgesamt sind von den 10 Kamel-Exemplaren noch 3 betriebsfähig. Die DR hatte damals sogar 30 Maschinen für die Harzbahn geplant. VG, Frank
