in america, there is a growing trend to create interconnected businesses and entrepreneurships that stive for ecology. Each of the entties involved with the sweetgreen production, inculding architectual designs, event promotion (dj, etc) are 'green-consiencse.

My concern, for the sweetgreen group is that they are opening two many sites too early in the game. Particualrly since each locatiuon requires great investment for each site.

And the current state of the economy does not lend, at this, time to the situation, either.

But I wish the three entrepeneurs well. And wanted to bring attention to their business.
