Schmeckt ganz besonders. Der Fisch wird in unseren kleinen und sehr saueren Zitronen gebeizt (gekocht) ,mit rohen Zwiebeln und je nach Geschmack mehr oder weniger "ají"(Chili) und Algen. garniert... Ich hab jetzt erst Deinen Link aufgemacht... Ja, so ist es. (Freut mich dass Du Ceviche gesucht hast!)
