Lumpy landscapes with character. I presume that they are quite big mountains really as the scale is difficult to gauge with this main photo. Your excellent pip gives us a better idea of that. Love the low light here. Very well done.

Mount Sinai is 2,285 m high, but is not the highest mountian there. Mount Catherin is 2629 meters high. Here is a link, in case you want to know more about the mountains in Sinai.

There is a lovely legend why God did not choose the highest mountain of this region: He chose Mount Sinai for the Giving of the Torah in order to teach an important message: to tell us that humility is a prerequisite to the learning of Torah.
