Rotterdam Central Library (#0203)

This building is one of several very impressive buildings in a grouping just east of center of downtown Rotterdam. I liked how this was designed with the large exposed tubing, but it is next to some even more distinct buildings, so I didn’t pay it much attention. I wish I had, I only later discovered this is the Rotterdam Central Library built in 1983.
