Lamoille Canyon (0631a)

Lamoille Canyon in the Ruby Mountains, which is about 20 miles outside of Elko. The area is operated by the National Forest Service, much of the facilities in the Canyon (including the road) were built as public works projects by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) during the Great Depression of the 30's
