My experience of this drive is mostly wishing we'd done it a bit more slowly. We drove right over this bridge, but didn't stop to look at it.

I like these shots in the rain. Every picture I've ever seen has been on a sunny day.

You have to live here to really appreciate the coast highway :)

I've driven the Morro Bay/Monterey stretch many times (can't come up with a count, but more than 10) and in both directions. You see it very differently going north vs south, and you see it much better when you can find a slot with much little tourist traffic (e.g., mid-winter). I notice something different every time.
