Looking across the wetlands of the Amargosa river, with Sheephead Mountain on the right side of the picture. There was some flooding in the area from a heavy storm in October and there were ponds of water in spots around the area, but I couldn't tell if these flats had been flooded. Considering their location next to the Amargosa, they must have been.
