Hines OR (#0101)

Hines is a small town adjacent to Burns with mostly single story homes, thus it was a surprise to see this shell of a comparatively elegant 3 story building in the center of town, fenced off. Mysterious, too, is the small center section and the coverings on some windows that suggest parts of the building are occupied. I could find no information on the building.
