SF Telegraph Hill (1273)

When I first saw this it seemed like a view out of place -- an older, stooped, man buttoned up in a heavy, oilskin, rain coat on a deck -- not what you would expect for a wealthy neighborhood, or on a day when the skies were only gray, not raining. I then realized that the person wasn't moving and guessed that the 'man' was a sculpture.
