Units range from 613 sq ft to 3200 sq ft, rents are surprisingly cheap with the lower end starting at only $3300/month for a one bedroom (of 613 sq ft?). I'd never pay it, but $3300 is amazingly cheap for 613 square feet in a San Francisco building like this. That's comparable to what you'd pay to be in a similar building here in, say, the portion of downtown just north of the river.

There are older, wealthier, established neighborhoods in SF where rents would be comparable to upper Michigan Ave. or Manhattan. The problem is that these are brand new neighborhoods where there was no existing housing stock AND this is the housing stock that is being built for the 'average' resident.
