If you look close you'll see that along the bottom portion of the picture is a road with two entrances into the hillside on each side of the picture. Considering these sealed up entrances, the structure at the top, and that the hilltop has been leveled, it is difficult not to suspect that the hill is laced with abandoned underground tunnels and structures used by the military.
