Union, OR 0913a
Throughout eastern Oregon I had been seeing political signs about windmill energy farms.; Union seemed to have more of the signs than most places.

I'd like to know the sign-maker's reasoning behind the increased CO2. You know I'm no fan of the things, but the one thing they have going for them is that they produce no CO2. Unless the thought process is along the lines I've had that windmill energy discourages conservation, which increases demand to the point that fossil fuels have to make up the difference.

Maybe its a very local issue -- increased vehicular traffic for building and maintaining the windmills???
